When: Wednesdays, 6:30 – 7:30pm

Where: Rollinsford Community Room, Lower Mill, Rollinsford, NH

Cost: Pay what you wish/donation Cash/Check/Venmo Accepted

Join us for an inclusive yoga experience. No yoga experience necessary. Bring your own yoga mat. Blocks are provided but you are encouraged to bring any yoga props you wish to use. Gentle flow postures, meditation and sound healing will be incorporated.
